Precision Renovations and Refurbishments did a brilliant job. Our shower had been leaking for many years, which we didn’t discover until the paint bubbled in the room below. We found that the floor underneath was completely rotton. As we had to replace everything, we decided to completely renovate the bathroom including using an original enamel bath we had in storage for over 30 years. We asked for the ceiling to be raised to its full height to add light and airiness to the room. Precision were hard working, reliable and professional.

Steve and his team installed a new ensuite in my house in Appledore
I was happy to let them work on their own in the house and they were very efficient, neat and tidied up and disposed of the rubbish afterwards

Steve and his team did an excellent job adding an upstairs toilet for Mother and replacing all her radiators. The installation was exactly as we agreed, finish was excellent and they didn’t leave any mess. Highly recommended.
